got down a bit before mid-day and rigged 7m as others were on 7.5m, but I could not get out past the inshore wind shadow and the nasty shore dump. After high tide it flattened off and I rigged 8.5m and it was very nice sailing, and the sea was surprisingly big. After about an hour and a half the wind dropped, which was a pity as the sea flattened nicely. About ten others out, and eight kiters later.
